Service Clubs
RBHS clubs dedicated to helping
others
- Animal Rescue Club: Dedicated to donating items, volunteering, and
fundraising for various groups serving animals such as
the Humane Society and the Baja Animal Sanctuary, and
raising awareness about animals.
- Best Buddies: Strives to enhance the lives of developmentally disabled
students by providing one-to-one friendships for social
interaction.
- Children's Interaction and Awareness:
To make the lives of children more happy and enjoyable
around the world, perform community service, and support
children in need.
- Ecology Club: Responsible for school-wide recycling, both collecting
cans from classrooms as well as promoting camps awareness.
Meet and participate in such activities as Earth Day and
various beach clean-ups.
- Interact Club: An organization in conjunction with the RB Rotary Club,
developed to encourage and promote involvement in service
to the community.
- Key Club: A service club which serves the needs of both RBHS and
the surrounding community, benefiting the elderly, the
disabled, and the underprivileged.
- Kiwin's: An international service club whose main purpose is
to serve the surrounding Rancho Bernardo community: its
elderly, children, animals, plants, and resources.
- Leo Club: A service club that is affiliated with the Lions Club.
Develops responsibility, confidence, pride, and leadership
through community service in a fun and enjoyable environment.
- "S" (Service) Club: Dedicated to leadership, friendship, and service
to the school and community, through working on worthwhile
service projects. Sponsored by Soroptimist International
of the Americas, Inc.
- Students Actively Volunteering for You (SAVY):
High school chapter for Volunteer San Diego. Sponsors
a variety of volunteer activities within San Diego County.
- World Health Organization (WHO):
To educate its members and our community about world health
concerns through community service.
