Enrollment for Students
New to Poway Unified School District
To enroll you must complete, print, sign
and return the following forms to RBHS at your appointment
time. To schedule an enrollment appointment call 858.485.4804(through
July); 485.4810(only after Aug. 5th)
Please be sure you bring the following
along with your downloaded forms (We will have to reschedule
if this information is not available at the time of the
appointment.):
1. For 10th - 12th graders we need an unofficial transcript;
for 9th graders we need last
report card.
2 ORIGINAL birth certificate, passport or baptismal certificate
3. TWO original proofs of residency (two different utility
bills are best - no drivers license
or checks)
4. Immunization record and verification of varicella (chicken
pox)
5. If student has special needs, WE MUST HAVE A COPY OF
THE CURRENT IEP AND
TESTING INFORMATION at the time of the appointment.
6. Students may not enroll without a parent or guardian. Guardians must provide "Cargiver with Assignment" and Affidavit forms at the time of the appointment. These forms are available through Mr. Paul Gentle's office at (858) 668-4160.

Foundation and
Friends
of the Library help support programs for your students
throughout the school year. Please consider joining these
organizations today by completing their forms. Representatives
from the following groups will be available to receive
your papers during registration.

• RBHS Combination lock must be used on both the
P.E. locker and campus locker. (Locks purchased
elsewhere
are not allowed).................$6.00 each
• P.E. uniforms – RBHS Shirts..............$10.00

RBHS Mesh Shorts.........................$15.00
NOTE: White
shirts and blue
shorts are also acceptable for P.E.
• ASB Planner (free to incoming 9th graders) and $6.00
for upper classmen
