RBHS Registrar’s Office will be closed during Thanksgiving Break - 11/21/09 to 11/29/09
Any Docufide transcript requests placed after 3:00 p.m. on Friday, November 20th will be processed on Monday, November 30th.

(not during class time)

Graduates & Parents: Mon.– Fri. 7:30 - 3:30

Closed for Lunch:
* Mon., Tues., & Fri. 12:30 - 1:30

Instructions for Ordering Transcripts

Graduates from 1999 to present order transcripts on-line via Docufide. Cost is $5.00 per transcript paid directly to Docufide. Transcripts will be transmitted to your institution by institution’s preferred method: electronically or USPS. Click on link below to get started.

Graduates prior to 1999 can either:

1. download an order form and follow directions on form

2. send a signed request to the registrar containing the following information:

        Name of the student that attended RBHS

        Dates of attendance and/or graduation date.

        Birthdate and Social Security number

        Destination of transcript

3. come to the school to order it

 

All above requests must include:

*Payment for Transcript(s) - $5.00 per transcript, cash, check or money order – no credit cards

*Stamped, addressed envelope for each transcript to be mailed

 

Requests can be faxed but will not be processed until payment and envelopes are received. 

 

All other requests (non-grads, partial attendance, etc.) please call 858-485-4804 for assistance before placing order.

 

All non-Docufide transcript requests will be fulfilled with 10 business days of receipt of complete request (information, payment and envelopes.)
