Financial Aid -
Need Based Money
The Free Application for
Federal Student Aid(FAFSA) is the core application for all
federal and state, as well as most college aid.
FAFSA4caster, a new online tool, at www.federalstudentaid.ed.gov, allows students to estimate eligibility prior to their senior year.
The easiest and quickest
way to apply, including step-by-step instructions, is by using
FAFSA on the web at www.fafsa.ed.gov.
Visit the web before 8 a.m. and after 8 p.m. PST to expedite
assistance.
Students and one parent
should apply for a PIN prior to Jan. 1 at www.pin.ed.gov
in order to sign electronically.
Students who prefer to do
a rough draft can complete the FAFSA on the Web worksheet
at www.fafsa.ed.gov.
Call 1-800-433-3243 for additional help in filling out the form.
There are two informational
Financial Aid Workshops scheduled for students and parents:

Room (Students Only)
January 7, 2010 at 6:30 p.m. at POWAY High School in the
