Objective: To reward and encourage students who contribute in a positive way ... to honor those who exhibit outstanding attitude, citizenship, level of participating and demeanor. Academic achievement is not a requisite for this award.

Guidelines: Please give thought to make your recommendations meaningful. Express the special worth and talent you have recognized in the nominee. Explain why you find this student "a pleasure to have in class".

Please keep your nomination brief, four or five sentences. What you say about the nominee will be shared out loud during the Recognition Night Ceremony at the PCPA. Samples of nominations are printed on the back for your consideration. A printed copy will be attached to the certificate he or she receives.

Nominate no more than five (5) students and no group nominations please. If applicable, please include a phonetic pronunciation of the name. If the student is known by a pet name, please indicate their actual name too.
