- Open House – Tuesday, June 20th 6-8 pm. Come see the set up and get familiar where you’ll be working. Bring relatives. Set will be closed on graduation day for security. Additional training for Security and Casino that night.
- Please have your family celebration at lunch or over the weekend. We want the grads to come hungry; food will be waiting for them.
- Must be signed up to work ahead of time. VERY important that you show up for your shift! We are counting on you.
- The dress code for Volunteers is a white shirt and black pants (or shorts).
- All Volunteers must Check-in at K-1 (at the door behind Administration) where you will pick up your nametag and be directed on where to go. Please be there for first shift by 8:30, so you are in place by 9:00.
- A map of Grad Nite will be posted on the wall of K-1 to assist you in finding your station.
- At the end of your shift, please check out in K-1 and return your nametag once your replacement has arrived. If you’d like to stay 2nd shift, come to K-1 and see if there are any positions that need filling.
- K-1 is our Volunteer Lounge. Tables and chairs will be set up. Plenty of food and drinks throughout the night. All eating and drinking needs to take place in K-1. 1st shift volunteers should plan to come and eat before the shift begins. We will have relievers to give you a break from your station as needed. PLEASE do not eat grads’ food! There’s only enough for the grads and we don’t want them to miss out.
- Restrooms for Volunteers are outside K-1 to the left.
- Our goal is to be in the background. This is our graduate’s night. If a student comes up and greets you, wonderful! Please don’t seek them out…and please no dancing/partying/eating (except in K-1).
