Objectives

Students will be able to Read and understand "First Females" and take notes on character for character analysis.

Students will be able to read "Seeing things his own way" and be able to answer comprehension questions at the end of article.

Anticipatory Set

Can you imagine what it would be like to be an Athelete without perfect Vision.

Lesson and Activities

1. Read pages 18-20 at the desk silently and then answer the questions on page 21.

2. Students will then discuss article as a class

3. Studnets will then read pp 14-16 and create a character graphic organizer according to the instructions on page 16
