THERE WILL BE NO PACKET PICK UP AT PHS THIS YEAR
ALL DOCUMENTS NECESSARY FOR REGISTRATION ARE ONLINE
PLEASE FOLLOW ALL STEPS OUTLINED BELOW

Two Steps:

  1. Click on your student’s grade level below to access and read several REQUIRED and important documents.
    Click below the grade your student will be for the 2009-2010 school year.
    9th Grade
    10th Grade
    11th Grade
    12th Grade

  2. Next, click on the icon at the bottom of this page: It will take you to the district web page where you will update your student’s information and print and sign two important forms REQUIRED for REGISTRATION .  The two required forms are *the Student Information Sheet and *the SIGNATURE VERIFICATION page.  Both must be returned to PHS on your day your student registers.
