I am very excited to be a part of Mesa Verde's staff! Outside of school, some of my favorite things are lacrosse, running and writing. I am currently a member of the San Diego Women's Lacrosse Club team. We play in tournaments throughout California and the country. I am also an avid runner and have run three marathons including the San Diego Rock and Roll Marathon, the Long Island Marathon and I raised over $1500 for inner city school kids for the New York City Marathon. I am currently enrolled in a writing class at UCSD and I have kept a journal since the 4th grade when my teacher, Mrs. Lufrano, encouraged me to write! I live by the beach and enjoy the ocean, the sun and the life style in California.

The one thing that matters is the effort.
