QUOTE OF THE WEEK
Success is sweet and sweeter if long delayed and gotten through
many struggles and defeats.
~ Amos Bronson
A FABULOUS FEATURE ON COMPASS LEARNING
We have a fabulous feature on Compass Learning that allows you to track
your child’s progress and print reports. Once your child logs in there is
a backpack logo on the top left side of the window that says My Portfolio.
When you and/or your child click on the backpack it provides a plethora of
easy to read information, including an update of recent work, assignments
and reports. You can now view and print reports detailing your child’s
success on activities. The reports list duration of time on an assignment,
the percentage correct and other information. You can review your child’s
work and also click on the assignment and see what your child was doing
and, if you choose, have them complete it again if they did not master the
skill.
HAND SANITIZER
Many parents have asked if it is ok to send in hand sanitizer to their
child’s teacher. The answer is yes. We very much welcome you sending in
hand sanitizer to your child’s classroom teacher and encourage you to do
so. As always, we appreciate your support and generosity.
