Records Department
Records Office Hours are as follow:
Graduates and Parents:
During the regular school year: Monday - Friday 7:30am - 3:00pm
During the summer: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 12:00pm
Students may access the Records Office during student break, lunch and after school.
TRANSCRIPTS
Current students needing a transcript can either download the Transcript
Request Form from this site or get a form from the Registrar’s Office.
The form must be completed legibly and signed by a parent.
The student then takes the completed form with a $4.00 processing fee to the
Finance Office where it will be marked as paid. The form is then taken to
the Registrar’s Office.
Transcript requests will not be processed immediately, so please plan
accordingly and allow 4 school days for processing. If a transcript is
required over a holiday period, the request must be made 4 days prior to the
last school day preceding the holiday.
Transcripts will not be released to anyone but the student or parent who
requested it.

Graduates needing a transcript have four options for requesting transcripts:
- You may come into the Records Office to sign up on the clipboard just inside the door.
- You may fax your request to (858)484-2312.

Any current students or graduates since the year 2000 may use any of the above means when ordering a transcript or they may access the above website to request transcripts. The above link provides you with the ability to request transcripts through Secure Transcript. Transcripts requested online are sent securely to the colleges, universities or scholarship funds that you select. You may track your request online. You will receive an e-mail notification when we approve your transcript request and again when your transcript is mailed (or delivered electronically, based on the delivery preference of the destination that you selected).
Just click on the above website and it will walk you through the steps to request and pay for your transcripts through Docufide.
Your Transcript Request needs to include:- Your name as it was when you attended Mt. Carmel
- Your year of graduation
- Destination of the transcript
- Whether the requested transcript is to be Official or Unofficial
- The $4.00 fee for each transcript requested can be mailed to the above address in the form of cash or a check made out to MCHS.
Please allow two to five days processing time after the request has been received.
