TICKETS |
This is your last chance to purchase your tickets for $70, Next month they will go up again. Please first visit the GRAD NITE website at http://www.mchs-gradnite.com/. Print three forms. : 1. Ticket form 2. Student Waiver 3. Illusionist Waiver Bring all 3 completed forms plus your payment of cash or check made out to MCHS Grad Nite 2009 to school THIS Thursday. As always, you may drop off your signed, completed forms, and your payment, to Mary Ellen anytime. Stop by the Grad Nite Table Near the Student store to drop off your forms and see a sample of the T-Shirt that comes with your ticket purchase AND the Incredible Mug you can buy. The Mug will have the entire class list on it, making it memorable and practicable.

new and used DVD’s, videos and books for patients at Children’s Hospital.
They can be in English or Spanish/ Many patients spend long hours in a
hospital bed with no one to talk to. Please drop off donations to Mrs. M in
