Bell Schedule for 2009-10
Beginning with the 2009-2010 school
year, Mt. Carmel has adopting a Trimester schedule. This schedule provides
students the opportunity to take up to 15 classes during the regular school
year in three 12 week Trimesters. This flexible schedule will allow students
to meet their graduation requirements as well as the University of
California 'A-G' requirements and remain enrolled in specialized elective
programs at Mt. Carmel with little or no need for summer school.
The Trimester schedule will also allow for students wanting to accelerate
their studies to reach higher levels to do so, and it will allow for
students in need of more support to receive that support all during the
school year.
We are looking forward to providing you the information you need to get to
know our new system and We are thrilled about the opportunities it will
provide our students.
