  The site includes current editorial cartoons and comics from around the world, an index to editorial cartoons by artists and state, one to syndicated cartoons by title and artist, another to non-syndicated cartoonists, a list of cartoonist organizations, resources for beginning cartoonists, and an annotated directory of links to other cartoon sites. An excellent resource, maintained by syndicated cartoonist Cagle. There's also a teachers' guide to using the site

• A Catalog of Political Cartoons by Dr. Seuss

• Herblock's History: Political Cartoons from the Crash to the Millennium
  Features the work of Pulitzer Prize-winning editorial cartoonist Herb Block. He was best known for caricatures of American presidents from Herbert Hoover to Bill Clinton and for his work during the Watergate investigation. The site includes annotated artwork, a biography of Herblock, and his own writing on political cartooning. An exhibit from the Library of Congress.

• Fred O. Seibel (1886-1968) Editorial Cartoonist, Richmond Times-Dispatch  
  Images of correspondence to Fred Seibel from Franklin D. Roosevelt, Harry Truman, J. Edgar Hoover, John L. Lewis, James Hoffa, Barry Goldwater, and Harry Byrd. "All of them found themselves as subjects in his political cartoons and wrote Seibel asking him for copies of the originals. Scanned images of the cartoons that are referred to in the letters are also shown." From the Department of Special Collections and Archives, Virginia Commonwealth.
