Web math is a "math problem solver" that gives users immediate solutions
to the problems they are working on, complete with the steps. Topics range from
calculating tips and figuring sale prices to factoring quadratic equations and graphing.
Ask Dr. Math is a question and answer service for math students and
their teachers. A searchable archive
is available by level and topic, as well as summaries of Frequently Asked
Questions (the Dr. Math FAQ).
This site is maintained by Mike Kelley, an award-winning teacher from
Maryland. Calculus students and teachers can brush up on skills and
even visit the Problems of Christmas Past area to test knowledge of
calculus. Students will appreciate the interactive cheat sheet, listing
all the formulas needed for the AP test (you can find this under the
link "Fun Calculus Stuff").
