PUSD 2008 – 2009 ON-LINE ENROLLMENT

The 2008 – 2009 school year is just around the corner.  To support our goal in better assisting families with this process, the forms are now available on the PUSD web page.

NEW STUDENTS:  (Students new to PUSD, grades K-12)

Click this link www.powayusd.com to access 2008–2009 Enrollment forms. Please click here to print out this additional form for kindergarten Morning Creek enrollment.  Please click here to print out this additional form for enrollment for grades 1-5. Follow the instructions.

Kindergarten enrollment is May 7th, 4:00 – 6:00 p.m. in the Multi Purpose Room.  Please visit the web site, download the enrollment forms and return at this time.  If you can't make it on the 7th, you may register in the school office Monday - Friday  between the hours of 9 a.m. and 2 p.m. For enrollment in grades 1st through 5th, you may begin enrolling on May 14th, 9:00 – 2:00 Monday – Friday in the main office.  

If you will be enrolling your students between June 30 - August 1, 2008, please call this number at the district office to make an appointment to enroll your child:  858-679-2645.  Beginning August 7th please contact Morning Creek to enroll.

In addition to the above, all new students enrolling for the first time will need to bring, two proofs of residency, original birth certificate (passport or baptismal certificate), and immunization card (immunizations required can be found on the web page.)
