Morning Creek Computer Lab

The students at Morning Creek Elementary School enjoy visiting the Computer Lab, which is located in Room 19. We currently have 32 student computers, two network printers (one color printer) and 1 teacher station that is linked to an LCD projector for visual instruction. The lab is primarily used as a reading, writing and research/resource center. We presently have the following software on hand:

SRI
Reading Plus
Reading Counts
Chuck Wagon Bill’s Language Skills
Wild West Math
Student Writing Center

Morning Creek Elementary also has three carts of Alpha Smart word processors for use in the classroom, 1 mobile cart housing 15 laptops, and several digital cameras. Our PTA and Foundation have been crucial in supporting the expansion of available technology for our students.
