This is Carol Osborne, principal at Morning Creek with your weekly update.  Morning Creek Colt t-shirts are available for sale on the first Friday of each month at the front of the school. Also, shirts are available in the office anytime we are open. Shirts are $10 and sweatshirts are $15. We have a limited number of sizes right now, but we will be ordering more.

Back to School Night is this Thursday, September 4th. Grades K-2 are from 6-7 and grades 3-5 is from 7-8 in your child's classroom. Please join the PTA for the first Association meeting of the year in the MPR prior to Back to School Night at 5:30.

We need to improve our student attendance this year. Currently, Morning Creek has one of the lowest attendance rates in Poway. Please schedule medical and dental appointments for your children at the end of the school day; plan vacations during non-school days only; and make sure your children go to school every day unless they are ill.
