If your student is a CONTINUING STUDENT (currently enrolled at Deer Canyon) he/she must REGISTER for the new school year IN ORDER TO BEGIN SCHOOL ON THURSDAY, AUGUST 20, 2009.

CONTINUING STUDENT INFORMATION UPDATE PROCEDURE: To update your child’s information (address, phone numbers, e-mail and emergency contacts, etc.) AND register continuing students for the 2009-2010 school year, please click on the Student Info Update & Continuing Registration icon below. Please contact the Deer Canyon’s office at (858) 484-6064, if you need further assistance.

CONTINUING STUDENT REGISTRATION will be held on Monday, August 17th, 2009 between 8:00 am -10:00 am in the MPR. You will be required to Print, Sign, Date and Bring all documents to Deer Canyon on this day. If you will not able to register your child on this date, please call the office at (858) 484-6064. The following are the documents you are REQUIRED to bring with you:

1) Continuing Registration Form

2) Signature Verification Form (Must be signed by parents and 4th & 5th grade students ONLY.)

3) Health Information Form (Required for 4th grade students ONLY but the office is requesting a form from every student to keep your child’s health information more up-to-date.)

**NOTE: If you are not able to print out these forms, we will have blank forms on registration day for your convenience. Please give yourself ample time to complete these forms.
