Recommended Supplies List 2008/2009

Kindergarten
4 - 24 pks. of CRAYOLA crayons, 1 set of CRAYOLA washable markers, 10 small ELMER’S glue sticks, 3  4oz. bottles of ELMER’S glue, 1 box of CRAYOLA colored pencils, 5 EXPO dry erase markers, 2 boxes of KLEENEX, 1 box of CLOROX handi-wipes, 1 box of baby wipes, 2 rolls of paper towels, 1 box of gallon size ZIPLOCS.

First Grade
2 boxes of CRAYOLA crayons (24 crayons per box), 2 boxes of CRAYOLA colored pencils (12 pencils per box), 1 pair child’s FISKAR scissors, 4 dz. #2 TICONDEROGA pencils (sharpened), 2  8 oz. bottles of White ELMER’S glue, 8 glue sticks (NO PURPLE), 2  lg. pink erasers (no fancy erasers please), 1 lg. box of facial tissues, 2  lg. containers of anti-bacterial  wipes, 1 lg. container of CLOROX wipes, 2  EXPO Dry Erase markers, 1  ZIPLOC Freeze Guard Quart Size  50 pk. baggies (if your last name begins with A – M), 1  ZIPLOC Freeze Guard Gallon Size 40 pk. Baggies (if your last name begins with N – Z)  – PLEASE, NO FANCY PENCILS, SHARPENERS, TOYS, TRAPPER KEEPERS, OR PENCIL BOXES.  Teachers will provide pencil boxes for each student.

Second Grade
1  24 pk. CRAYOLA crayons, 2 doz. TICONDEROGA pencils (sharpened), 2 red ballpoint pens, 2  4 oz. bottles of ELMER’S white glue, 1 pair FISKAR scissors, 2  black “non-toxic” dry erase markers, 2 pads yellow 3x3 Post-it-Notes, 2  lg. boxes of  tissues, 2 lg. containers of “disinfecting wipes”, 2 fine point black SHARPIE  markers, 2 extra fine SHARPIE  markers, 2 PINK PEARL  erasers, 1  1” 3 ring DARK BLUE  binder, 1 1” 3 ring RED binder.  Teachers will provide pencil boxes for each student.  PLEASE, NO FANCY PENCILS, ERASERS OR  BACKPACKS WITH WHEELS.

Third Grade

2 red ballpoint pens, 2 doz. pencil cap erasers, 4 doz. TICONDEROGA ONLY pencils (#2 yellow, sharpened), 1 thin white board marker, 1 wide white board marker (non-toxic & non-scented), 1 lg. box Kleenex, 1 (8 pk.) washable markers, 1  box wet wipes, 1 pk. 3 x 3 Post-It Notes, 2 pk. white wide lined notebook paper (NO COLLEGE RULED), 1 pair student scissors, 1  24 pk. crayons (no larger), 4 glue sticks, 1 box colored pencils, 1 12-inch ruler (must have inches & centimeters, no flexible rulers), 4 spiral single subject wide ruled notebooks (70-100 pg. count), 1 4 oz. bottle of ELMER’S white glue, 5 three pronged w/pockets folders (one of ea. color: red, yellow, blue, green, purple),  1 fine black SHARPIE, 1  extra fine black SHARPIE,  NO BACKPACKS WITH WHEELS, PLEASE.

Fourth Grade
One - 1 ½" 3-ring binder, 1 plastic zippered pencil pouch, 2 pkgs. of subject dividers (10 total), 3 doz. pre-sharpened  #2 pencils, 4 red pens, 2  single subject spiral notebooks, (100+ pages), 5 pkgs. wide ruled notebook paper (NO COLLEGE RULED), a rigid ruler with inches and centimeters (12" with holes for binder), highlighter, compass & protractor (high quality only), 1 pair scissors, 1 box colored pencils, 1 box crayons (no more than 48/bx), 3 glue sticks, 1  4-oz. bottle white ELMER’S glue, 2 boxes of tissues and 1 self-contained hand pencil sharpener (type that traps in the shavings). 

Fifth Grade
1 - 1” binder, 1 pkg.10 tabbed dividers, 5 - single subject spiral notebooks,  3 pkgs. 3x3” Post-It Notes, 5  “permanent” glue sticks, 2 “non toxic”  whiteboard markers, 1 sock eraser, 1  fine black SHARPIE, 1  extra fine black SHARPIE, 2  red pens, 1 highlighter, 1 scissors, 1 pkg. colored pencils, 1 pkg. erasers,  3 doz. TICONDEROGA sharpened pencils, 1 zipped pencil pouch, 1 box Kleenex, 1 pkg. antibacterial wipes, 3 pkgs. lined notebook paper (COLLEGE OR WIDE RULED).
