Creekside Elementary Parent Volunteer Program
Welcome to another fantastic year at Creekside! Last year, with the help of our parent volunteers, we had a successful year of programs. Please consider volunteering to help the coordinators of the following PTA sponsored programs, to make this year our best ever!

Volunteer Program Descriptions (dates are subject to change)
T-Shirts Orders: help with the distribution of the T-shirt orders.
Hospitality: help chairperson set up refreshments provided by PTA throughout the year.
Teacher Workroom Crew: helping with copying or laminating for teachers and staff on selected mornings each week.
Fundraising: work with chairperson in the Fall.
Running Club: help before, during, or after school to encourage physical fitness and make/post signs for the classrooms.
Vision/Hearing Screening: help with the organization during screening.
Reflections Program: help chairperson collect and judge art work submitted for reflections contest.
Author’s Fair: help with the organization during this day and the distribution of the author’s books.
Multi-Cultural Night: help plan, organize, and implement this family night event.
Book Fair: help with the sales and distribution during the school book fairs (Fall and Spring).
Red Ribbon Week: help chairperson coordinate drug awareness activities during one week of Oct.
School Pictures: help with the organization during picture day and the distribution of the school pictures.
Yearbook: work with the chairman of the yearbook on this keepsake for our children.
Grade Promotion: help with activities at the end of the school year for 5th graders moving on to junior high.
Character Counts: assist with planning activities throughout the year to promote the six pillars of character.
Family Night Events: assist with PTA sponsored family events, such as movie nights.
Arts Attack: volunteers lead monthly art lesson (one volunteer per classroom)
