Founded in 2000, the Creekside Educational Foundation (CEF) is a successful 501(c) (3) nonprofit organization (Tax ID# 33-0926538) comprised of parents, teachers, and administrators.

CEF is dedicated to providing additional educational resources to students and teachers at Creekside.

Our web site's purpose is to meet the needs of the Foundation and to help parents, teachers, administrators and others to more effectively find the information they need regarding Foundation news, plans, and needs.

The members of the Creekside Educational Foundation thank you for your generous support of the CEF in the fall of 2009! Whether it was purchasing the Creekside Calendar, signing up for eScrip, dropping off recycle items to the Scouts, purchasing coffee/hot chocolate/orange juice, volunteering at the Creepside Haunted Trails, volunteering during the CEF Fun Run or just by having fun participating with the events, we are truly blessed with a supportive community.

Coming up in the Spring 2010 are 2 significant fundraising events.

The first is the 10^th annual Dinner/Auction fundraiser themed as USS Creekside and will be held at a new venue this year: StoneRidge Country Club in Rancho Bernardo on March 20^th at 6pm.

Whether you are a loyal supporter or new to Creekside, this year’s Dinner/Auction event will be a great way to spend an evening out with the Creekside parents while also supporting Creekside Elementary through your bids on unbelievable deals on classroom silent auction baskets in addition to some incredible live auction items.

The second event is the 2^nd annual Spell-a-thon to be held in May 2010 with more specific details to be shared soon as the event approaches!

If you would like to help out by volunteering for some of the open CEF positions or have some intriguing fundraising ideas that you would like to lead on behalf of the CEF, please reach out to any of the members listed on the web site via e-mail or on-campus during drop off, pick-up or classroom volunteer hours. In addition, the CEF meets once a month for about 45 minutes on the 3rd Friday at 7:35am in the teachers lounge.
