HEALTH OFFICE
Chaparral has a health attendant who will help your child if they are injured or not feeling well. Students running a fever of 100.4 will be sent home and may not return until they are fever free for a complete 24 hours. Please report all communicable diseases (chicken pox, strep, pink eye, etc.) to the health office.
MEDICATION
Medications may not be taken at school without a signed Medication Authorization form filled out by a physician and the parent detailing the instructions for administering the medication. The form is available in the health office. For safety reasons, only adults may bring medication to school.
