Click here if you are under 18 years old?
If you are under 18 years old you can choose from any of the following to complete your High School Education: Abraxas High School, on-site credit recovery programs (check with your High School Counselor), New Directions, or ROP classes through Adult Education.
If you are 18 years or older... and need 5-10 more credits to graduate
If you are 18 years old and 5-10 credits deficient from fulfilling your graduation requirements we recommend you enroll in NEW DIRECTIONS. If you complete your graduation requirements you will receive a diploma from your home school. You also have the option of attending "Mission To Graduate."
If you are 18 years or older... and need 11-55 more credits to graduate
If you are 18 years old and need 11-55 credits to fulfill your graduation requirements you have an option to attend Abraxas High School, NEW DIRECTIONS or "Mission To Graduate."
If you are 18 years or older... and need 56+ credits to graduate
If you are 18 years old and need 56+ credits to graduate you have options to attend Abraxas High School, NEW DIRECTIONS, "Mission To Graduate," or Adult Education Program.
If you are 18 or older and have not been enrolled in school for 45 days
If you are 18 years old and have not been enrolled in school for more than 45 days you have options to attend "Mission To Graduate," or Adult Education Program.

Enrollment in "Mission To Graduate"

A representative from the online academy reviews the program policy and procedures, establishes a graduate, orients the student and parent to the learning management program, and completes all required paperwork for Independent Study.
-students, based on individual needs, will fall under three instructional settings:

1. Online with support from learning management provider and/or OCIS teacher at
-must meet all the requirements of OCIS
2. Hybrid with support from learning management provider and/or OCIS teacher
-student must attend face-to-face meetings more often than an online student
3. Web-enhanced with support from the learning lab instructor
-this student will be required to attend every day and is often in need of support services
