B. Administer Testing

1. Process has been changed

· One testing date for 2009 - 2010 School Year – on site, in mid-January TBA

· November 30, 2009 is the deadline for requests for the January test

2. Parent Request and Questionnaires now on-line

C. Determine policy and guidelines

1. Specific information available in GATE parent handbook and on District website

2. State guidelines articulated to coordinators

III. District and Site Mission and Goals

A. Goal Setting, In-Class Differentiation – October 2000 GATE teacher meeting

B. Site Mission and Goals will be shared with parents via email
