INVENT NOW KIDS proudly presents the wonder and excitement of the Camp Invention program. COMING TO: Rolling Hills Elementary, June 14-18 and Stone Ranch Elementary, June 21-25. Led by local educators, this engaging program immerses children in grades one through six in hands-on, inquiry-based activities disguised as fun! Discounts are available — register today www.campinvention.org , 800.968.4332. If we enroll 110 students our school will receive $1,000.00!
TRAFFIC PATTERN CHANGE: We’ve tried to accommodate parents who arrive early by keeping the ‘northern’ loop open. Beginning Monday, the loop will not be opened early. The traffic flow is not working well, so we will try a new system. The loop will opened at student dismissal. If you arrive early, you may park at the Boys and Girls Club lot and walk up, or on the side streets. DO NOT BLOCK TRAFFIC by stopping on 4 S Ranch Parkway and waiting for the loop to open. If you have any other suggestions, please contact me via email, I’m always ready for a good solution!
JUNIOR ACHIEVEMENT of San Diego is proud to announce that we will be offering two week-long BizTown Summer Camps this year. Our camp uses hands-on approaches to foster understanding of business and economics all while having fun! Students will enjoy many creative and exciting activities which are different from the standard curriculum taught during the school year, such as, inventing their own products, creating commercials for the business that they are employed with, as well as many other chances to practice spending money! We have also partnered with the USS Midway this year to give campers a whole different perspective on the importance of citizens working together to create a productive community. One entire day of camp will be spent aboard the ship! If you are interested in registering your 5th or 6th grade student please visit our website, www.jasandiego.org/programs/biztown/camp.php, to find out more information and to sign them up.

Safety Reminder
A Safety Reminder to Our BIGGER Trailblazers, This is for those of you who bring their little Trailblazers here in cars. Take a deep breath when you enter the parking lot and REMEMBER THESE SIMPLE RULES:
- Drop off zone is ONE WAY only.
- Do not get out of your car if you are in the drive through loop - Use the right lane only!
- Students should exit their cars by the door next to the curb.
- Your little Trailblazer can open and close the door for him/herself.
- Shoes and jackets on! Backpacks zipped up and accessible. It is best if they are in the car by the student, rather than in the trunk.
- We don't want children walking between cars.
- Our staff is here to help open the doors & get the littlest Trailblazers out safely. ---Please treat them kindly!
- Please stay focused--Cell phones off in the parking lot.
Thanks for your cooperation! Remember -- Courtesy is Contagious!
