  • AAA Math - unlimited drills on many arithmetic topics.Grades K-8 in topics such as 

  • Ask Dr.Math - Email Dr.Math a math question, or seach for questions that have been sent and their answers in the database.

  • Brain Twisters - Weekly puzzles for middle and elementary students, submit answers online to see if you are correct.

  • Mega Mathematics - Los Alamos National Laboratory.  Features Colorful Math, Hotel Infinity, puzzles and activities.

  • EduStock - Edustock is an educational web page designed to teach young and old alike, what the stock market is, and how it can work for them.

  • Problem of the Week - Problems will be posted the Thursday night before. They will be posted. (If you do not have reliable access to the Web let me know and I'll send you the problem via e-mail). Each student's response will be answered by a Visiting Math Mentor (see Companion Project) and the solution discussed. Students who have correctly answered the challenge will appear on our web site and the most creative solutions will be highlighted.

  • Good News Bears Stock Market Project - This project revolves around an interactive stock market competition between classmates using real-time stock market data from the New York Stock Exchange and NASDAQ. Lessons from a variety of subject areas have been added for teacher convenience. These lessons and warm-up discussion topics are designed to give the student a better understanding of how the stock market is an integral part of their everyday life and future security.
