BACKGROUND: Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage - 4S Ranch is a full service residential real estate company with property management, relocation, commercial and escrow divisions, in addition to eight residential real estate offices covering San Diego, Ramona, Indian Wells, Temecula, Bear Creek and Lake Elsinore.   The 4s Ranch Office supports the Partners in Education program.    Agents live in the surrounding areas of the Poway Unified School District and feel very strongly about supporting and giving back to their communities.
