BACKGROUND: Citibank - Rancho Bernardo is a community-oriented bank, meeting personal and business financial needs with the goal of achieving a high degree of customer satisfaction and trust.

DESCRIPTION: Citibank serves its community through its active involvement with schools, business, and community organizations.  The partnership provides the opportunity to offer students a hands-on working relationship with business and the ability to share ideas, promote education, and support the students in our community.

ESTABLISHED: April 1995

GOALS:

	Increase the students' knowledge of business and private enterprise.
	Be a supportive and active participant in public education.

	Provide support for school activities.
	Recognize excellence in education.

ACTIVITIES:

	Sponsor and participate in annual School Fun Run.
	Display student art work in our branch.
	Provide student recognition prizes each month.
	Provide parent education in financial planning for college.
	Provide safety booklets.
	Provide free checking accounts to students.
	Provide refreshments at Recognition Assemblies.
