DESCRIPTION: BAE Systems supports Pomerado Elementary School students in the advancement of their education by sharing ideas and high technologies with students, parents, school staff, and the community.

ESTABLISHED: December 3, 1993

GOALS:

Increase employee involvement.

	Support education and educators.
	Assist in programs to increase student self-esteem and strengthen the bond between school, business, and community.

ACTIVITIES:

Participate in Principal for a Day.

	Provide liaison to BAE Systems and maintain a bulletin board of joint activities and share students' quality work with the employees at BAE SYSTEMS.
	BAE Systems staff will be invited to participate in a variety of special activities.

	BAE Systems will be a resource to help fulfill the needs of the staff, teachers and children.
	Pomerado School will provide communications to BAE Systems' employees through Call of the Wildcats newsletter, weekly bulletins, and other forms of communication.
