PUSD Parent Account Information for Continuing Student Update &
Registration
PARENT ACCOUNT ACCESS:
To create a more secure environment, we use the student ID number beginning with the letter "p." The following format is used for parent access to student personal and instructional information:
Username: P{full student ID}
(Example: p123456)
Password: Unique information was mailed to the home in 2008.
It is important that you keep this information because you will use it to access other content pertaining to your child.
If you do not have this information or have forgotten the password, see options below.
GRADE REPORT ACCESS:
To access your child's grades, you must have the GRID code. Parents will use the same GRID code and in the same manner as last year. If you do not know your child's GRID code, please see option #4 below. If you need more information on how to use the GRID code, click HERE.
1. I am a new parent to the district (after July 2009).
Please call the Parent Help Desk at 858-748-0010 X 2854 or email lpthelp@powayusd.com to request your parent account information (all students) and GRID code (middle school and high school only)

2. I have activated my parent account, but cannot remember my parent account password.
Click HERE to reset your parent account password. You will be prompted to answer your challenge questions. This page is tricky, only do this once then close the window complete and return to the main registration page.
If you are not prompted for the challenge questions, this means you still need to activate your parent account and this is where you need your password. Please call the parent help desk at 858-748-0010 X2854 or email lpthelp@powayusd.com
3. I did not receive my parent account information.

4. I do not know my student's GRID Code.
Students can ask any of their classroom teachers for this information OR you can request at GRID LOOKUP REQUEST site.
