Week 17 Checklist

Upcoming Dates to REMEMBER:

This week for the  Pig Dissection:  We will meet Mon., Tues., Wed. and Seniors will take their Final on Friday of this week.  June 2,3,4,6 2008. 

Senior Finals:  Friday June 6, 2008

Final Study Guide:  Go to learningpoint- Course Documents: Final Study Guide- Endocrine and Reproductive Sys.  Everyone will need to download this document...this is for points.

Reproductive System:

q  Read Reproductive System Chapter.  Highlight the main vocabulary TERMS on LB pages 90-91.  Do LB pg 93 and 94front.  Due 6-4-08

On Wednesday 6-4-08, have the following pages ready to turn in:

87, 88, 89, 90, 91, 93 

q   Do the TEENAGE PREGNANCY activity.  Print your responses and bring to class 6-4-08.  Reminder:  Do this activity in the library if it does not work on your home computer!!

Finals for Seniors will be June 6, 2008.

 q  Study:  The Virtual Pig Website for the Lab Practical/Fetal Pig Final. q  Open the Virtual Pig Dissection in a new window (it doesn't work if you're trying to open it within LearningPoint.  Right click on the link and choose "open in new window.")  Look through all eight study guides.  When you have finished looking through each study guide, take the quiz that corresponds to each study guide.  You will be responsible for knowing everything that is on the VPD website (this will be part of your final exam).
q  Study:  Endocrine, Reproduction,  for the Scantron final given on Finals day the week of June 9-12.

Students...Disregard the following information:  We will not be doing this, as we have run of time.

q  Read Chapter 22 (red book).  Do LB pages 99 (answers to fill-ins), 101, 102 (page number references may be off, but you should be able to find all the answers in Cancer chapter--Chap 22 red book).  Due June 7.

q   Do these Development questions.  Print your responses (#1-8) and bring to class 6-6-07.  Reminder:  Do this activity in the library if it does not work on your home computer!!

q  Do these Cancer questions.  Print and turn in  June 7.
