Members of the PUSD Transportation Department designed
and decorated a school bus that received applause from parade watchers along Poway
Road on September 10, 2005. The bus portrayed the first schools in Poway and took the
viewer from there to the schools of the present and future. PUSD Board of Education
trustees. the Superintendent, and PUSD's Spelling Champion also participated in the
parade.
