Listed below are some of the necessary forms needed to complete your student's registration for the 2006-07 school year. Please pay close attention to the action required column as this will provide you the directions for completing this process successfully.

STEP 1 ~ You have the option to download, read, and sign District level forms OR fill-In (requires Adobe 7.0), download, and sign District level forms . It is very important that you read each of the listed forms. When you sign the signature page, you are acknowledging that you have read all of the forms.

STEP 2 ~ Go to your student's school website(s) to obtain any additional forms that may be required. Not all schools require additional forms.

STEP 3 ~ Return all necessary forms to your student's school(s) during assigned registration time.
