• Connect-ED Information

Dear Parents and Guardians,

We are very excited to introduce the Connect-ED^® service, our new school-to-parent communication system that will allow us to send important messages to you by telephone. The Connect-ED service will help us provide a safer learning environment, enhance emergency preparedness, and improve student attendance. The system also allows us to send timely messages to families regarding school programs, testing schedules, and major school events.  

Please help us by ensuring we have your current phone numbers.  Please be aware that the Connect-ED service cannot dial an extension, so be sure the numbers you include are direct lines.

Important Call Delivery Notes:  

1.                 When a call comes from the school, your caller ID system will display the school or district’s phone number.

2.                 When listening to a message, please be aware that background noise will cause the system to “stop and start.”  It is calibrated very delicately to determine whether a person or an answering machine has picked up the phone, and background noise may affect the delivery. If possible, move to a quiet area, or press the “mute” button on your phone.

3.                 If you missed any part of the message, please stay on the line and press “*” (star) to hear the message again.
