iVIE 2008 Student Film Festival Awards from PUSD

The seventh Annual iVIE 2008 Student Film Festival and Awards Ceremony hosted by the San Diego County Office of Education was held on May 20, 2008. Students and teachers throughout the county were honored for their accomplishments. Thirteen films from PUSD were nominated and six were further honored by winning in their categories or in special recognition categories. The films captured learning, creativity, insight, and enthusiasm. iVIE stands for Innovative Video in Education.

This award is given for a video that embodies the spirit of the iVIE awards. The criteria for the award includes involving students having a great topic, telling a great story, using video well to teach the academic standards, and having an important message.
