Clearing Attendance Errors
To clear attendance errors, go online to My Plan/Parent Portal: Period 1 thru Period 4 are Academic Classes and Period 9 is Homeroom. Find who marked your student Absent, Tardy, etc., and have your student speak with the teacher and bring a written note to the Attendance Window to adjust the attendance accordingly. Please do not call Attendance to clear errors.
Young Art 2017: Beyond the Ordinary
The Westview High School Visual Arts Department is pleased to announce that the following students will have their artwork on display at the San Diego Museum of Art in Balboa Park for Young Art 2017: Beyond the Ordinary. The exhibit will present works by Kindergarten through 12th grade San Diego County students that explore the creative interpretations of the still life and runs from April 15, 2017-May 28, 2017.
Westview Summer Swim Lessons
There will be three summer swim lesson sessions offered at the Westview pool.Session 1 June 12-23Session 2 June 26-July 7Session 3 July 10-21
Swim lesson sign ups will be on May 17 from 4:00 pm-7:30 pm at the pool, and beginning on May 18 from 3:30-7:00 pm, Monday through Thursday.
Online Mental Health Resource Center
Students Against Destructive Decisions (SADD) developed their club website to include an online Mental Health Resource Center. The resource center has a variety of topics and then resources that can help an individual who wants more information about the topic and resources to get help.
2017 Scholastic Art & Writing Awards
Five Westview High School students have been recognized with a Regional Award in the 2017 Scholastic Art & Writing Awards. These students were among nearly 330,000 works submitted nationwide. Our students continue to excel and positively represent PUSD.
Receive Emergency Text/Email Message Notification
We are providing an option for families to sign up with Remind to receive text messages or emails from Westview in case of an emergency.
Lost and Found Items
Lost and found items are located across from the security table near the front gates. Valuable items such as phones, ID cards, wallets, etc. will be given to the front desk.
Reminder: Items left for students are the student's responsibility to pick up either at the front gate or the front desk.
