- Building A: soil has been exported to allow the preparation of the new path , the base and footings are completed. Underground utilities have been installed.
- Building K1: the exterior and interior framing is completed, drywalls have been installed, MEP (mechanical, electrical and plumbing ) are signed off.
- Bldg K2: the footings and the framing are completed.
- Bldg H: the slab and the framing are completed, the MEP is signed off.

- Building A: start and complete the wood frame and metal frame, start the rough MPE installation, start and complete the roofing, start the lath and plaster, start the installation of the drywalls and the low voltage.
- Building K2: complete the wood frame and the metal frame; start and complete the rough installation of the MEP, start and complete the installation of: drywalls, low voltage, ext door frames & doors, lath and plaster, start painting, tack and acoustic panel. Start and complete the roofing Start the concrete curbs at the kindergarten playground.
- Building K1: start and complete the installation of the suspended ceilings, complete the exterior paint, perform the MEP finishes. Complete: the casework, the exterior doors, all the specialties, the flooring and the base, set the HVAC, install the interior doors &and the hardware, punch and cleanup.
- Building H: Complete the installation of lath and plaster, drywalls, low voltage systems, tack and acoustic panels, exterior doors, ceramic tiles, quarry tiles, suspended ceilings, all the specialties. Perform the MEP finishes. Complete the painting. Start: the casework, the food service equipment, the flooring and the base. Lunch Shelter: complete the demolition, the grading and the footings.
- Buildings C,F,E,D: complete the demolition and the abatement; install the underground utilities. Complete the footings, the slab, and the wood frame.
- ESS: complete the demolition and grading, install the underground utilities, start the foundations.
- 4 Portable classrooms: complete the demolition of the existing area, the grading and the installation of the underground utilities, the asphalt paving. Start moving the portables to the new location.
