- Add classrooms/convert areas to new
classrooms/resource areas
- Expand/renovate library
- Renovate/expand staff work area
- Modernize classrooms/renovate resource
areas such as lighting, power/data, flooring and marker
boards
- Add/renovate science classrooms
- ADA upgrades/compliance
- Expand/renovate student restrooms
- Food service lunch area expansion/renovation
- Site/grounds improvements for safety
compliance
- Add/upgrade furniture and instructional
equipment
- Upgrade/replace
communications and fire alarm systems
