Morning Creek Elementary School was built in 1990.

Phase I technology and playgrounds are complete.
Phase II projects planned at Morning Creek Elementary Scool, include:
- Utility upgrade /efficency improvements
- Renovate/upgrade restrooms as needed
- Add/renovate computer laboratory
- ADA upgrades/compliance
- Food service expansion/renovation
- Site improvements for safety and code compliance
- Add/upgrade furniture and instructional equipment
- Upgrade fire alram systems
