Phase I Projects completed at Chaparral
Projects planned at Chaparral include:  
  • Modernization of existing classrooms to now include replacing T-111 facia.
  • Replacing all mechanical units, ceiling insulation, all new duct work, modernize and move four relos.
  • Add curb cut to align with new firelane, change shade structure from thongs to trelliss type.
  • Construct Food Service, Lunch Shelter, and Shade Structure
  • Various Site Work Relocation of classrooms, Admin Bldg., library, Multi-purpose.
  • Additions to Admin bldg and classrooms
