Program Manager

By law, no Bond funds can be used for salaries, administration, or District overhead expenses. To provide for these services, the Poway Unified School District Board of Education contracted with PinnacleOne/Barnhart (the bond program management team) who is performing program, project, and construction management services for the Poway Unified School District throughout the duration of the program.
