• Utility upgrade/efficiency improvements
• Renovate/upgrade restrooms as needed
• Add classrooms and resource area to accommodate class size reduction and replace portable classrooms
• Modify/expand library
• Modernize classrooms, such as lighting, power/data, flooring, and marker boards
• Renovate/expand staff work area
• Renovate/add compute laboratory
• ADA upgrade/compliance
• Food service expansion/renovation
• Site/playground improvements for safety and code compliance
• Add/upgrade furniture and instructional equipment
• Upgrade/replace communications and fire alarm systems
