Teacher Transfer Opportunities for the 2008/2009 School Year

Ø Between April 1 and August 5, vacant positions eligible for transfer will be posted electronically. Teachers will have up to five days to submit a Request for Transfer to that position. Please do so by sending an email to Nancy Chipps, HR Technician, (nchipps@powayusd.com) indicating the position for which you wish to be considered for transfer and also completing a Request for Transfer, Form P-89, returning it to Nancy Chipps, Personnel Support Services.

Ø These openings are available to permanent, probationary, and temporary teachers with a confirmed, written offer of employment for 2008/2009 in the Poway Unified School District .

Ø You are required to notify your principal by phone or email of your desire to transfer.
