Frequently Asked Questions:
What happens when I request a particular sub?
Subfinder calls the requested sub every 30 minutes during the regular call
out periods. (5:00 am – 12 noon and 4:00 pm – 10 pm). If the sub does not
respond and does not accept the job the system puts it out for anyone to
pick up 12 hours prior to the start of the job. If you put in the request LESS than 12 hours prior to the start of the job,
the system calls the requested sub ONCE and then goes out to anyone to pick
up.
How can I check to see if my job has been filled?
Call Subfinder and select option 2 to review current absences,
or
Log on to Webconnect and review jobs.
What if I need to cancel?
You can cancel a job anytime up until the day of the job. You can call
Subfinder or use Webconnect.
How far in advance can I request a sub?
60 days.
How far in advance can a substitute accept a job in Subfinder?
30 days.
