Opportunity Drawing

We have had such great success with our Opportunity Drawings that we plan to continue this at our Fall Play and our Spring Musical this year.

It will take each and every one of you to make this the success that we need it to be.  We ask that each family supply at least one item to our auction or make a cash donation to help us reach our goals. 

Please print our “donor” form that was handed out at our parent meeting.  You will find the “letter” with our tax ID number and explanation of our Opportunity Drawing  and “donor” form.

Please print the “letter” with our tax ID number and consider taking it to a business you frequent, a business in your neighborhood, or to someone you know with a business.  Dinner certificates, theatre, movie, and sporting tickets, golf themed baskets are some of the many popular items! 

Also …we need your LARGE empty baskets for our auction!  Just email me to let me know if you have baskets or items you’d like me to pick up.

Help Westview Theatre!  eScrip...the painless, no cost to you, fundraiser!

eScrip is proven to be a fantastic resource for fundraising where participating business partners contribute a percentage of your grocery loyalty cards, credit card, and debit/ATM card purchases to the school, group or organization of your choice (you can list up to 2 groups!).

Here’s how it works:

1.  Go to the web site, www.escrip.com

2.  Click on “sign up”

3.  Click on Group ID and fill in the box with Drama’s account ID number 152618418

4.  Click on “Westview Drama Fund”

5.  Fill in personal information including stores and cards you want to register

Participating merchants will make contributions to the Westview Drama Fund based on purchases made by you, just by using the cards you have registered.  Your purchases are tracked and available to you online, allowing you to see just how much you are earning on your child’s behalf!  To see a list of participating merchants go to www.eScrip.com.
