To purchase Grad Nite tickets:
1. Go online. No extra charge. See the instructions below.
2. Complete the forms below and return them with your check to the WV Office.

1. Go online. No extra charge. See the instructions below.

ONLINE PURCHASES

To purchase Grad Nite Tickets or Mock Testing on line:

1.	**Print and complete the forms above and return them to the WV office.
2.	Follow these instructions to purchase your ticket online:
	a.	Click on this Link: PTSA Online Registration
	b.	Enter your registration code. If you do not have it, you may enter your name and it will be sent to your email on file.
	c.	Screen 1
		i.	Verify your family contact information and make any changes.
		ii.	If you are not a PTSA member, you may indicate your package preference or go to the next page to choose individual membership options.
	d.		Screen 2
		i.	Verify individual family information
		ii.	Check marks indicate who are the PTSA members
		iii.	Add additional PTSA members as desired.
	e.	Screen 3
		i.	For a Grad Nite Ticket or Mock Test: Enter the number of tickets or tests in the space under the item.
		ii.	You may also purchase discount cards or make a donation here.
	f.	Screen 4 and 5: Complete email and volunteer information.
	g.	Select Finish Registration to see a summary of what you owe. If you paid your membership previously, the total owed should be only the price of the new item. If your student is a PTSA member, the discount will be taken off at check-out (discount expires Nov 1).
	h.	Proceed to checkout. You may pay using PayPal. There is no extra fee.

The WV PTSA is gearing up for another fantastic year! We urge every student and every parent to become a member and support our efforts!

Our goal is to register at least 1,300 PTSA members for 2013! We would love more than 600 of these to be students!

For the first time, we are offering the chance to register online and pay for your PTSA membership, Wolverine Card, Mock testing, and even your Grad Nite ticket!
