The Girls Basketball Coaching Staff at Westview is offering two camps for girls in the Rancho Penasquitos area to improve their skills, learn more about the game of basketball, and have fun this summer.  Both of the camps are held in Westview’s gym and are led by Westview coaches, assisted by Westview players, past and present.  The goals of the camps are to have fun and to learn, regardless of the level of experience girls may have. ALL ARE WELCOME!  And it does not matter which high school the player may be attending in the future.

Campers will be exposed to all different aspects of basketball, from dribbling and shooting to defensive principles and team play. All levels of experience and skill welcome. We play together, learn, and have fun. There will be contests for prizes, a T-shirt for all participants, and organized team games every day. Players entering grade 7 can choose which camp to attend, depending upon previous playing experience. Each camp is limited to 40 players.
