Pre-season Track Workouts for Distance Squad

Pre-season Goals and Training Diary to
download your Goals sheet and Training record for the
ten (10) weeks between Dec 14 and the time Track
practice officially starts Feb 22, 2010. Preseason
conditioning will commence Monday, Dec 14 on the track
at Westview at 3:30 PM to 5 PM. Mondays and
Wednesdays we will meet at Westview at 3:30 PM when
school is in session and at 9 AM during Christmas break.
Saturday morning workouts will be at Canyonside at 8
AM. You can earn a T-shirt by running 300 miles
between Dec 14 and Feb 22. Simply fill in your
mileage on a daily basis and turn your Training Record
into Coach C by February 24th.
News

There are still 25 athletes who have not returned their
uniforms. Please launder your competition jersey
and shorts and put in a zip lock bag. (If you are
returning CIF Warmups they can be returned without
laundering.) Write your name on the bag and return
the uniform to either Amanda Marshall, athletic
secretary. She will be in her office between 8 AM
and 4 PM daily or return to Coach C on Monday or
Wednesday Dec 14th or 16th at 3:30 PM on the track.
PLEASE DO THIS BEFORE CHRISTMAS BREAK!
REMEMBER: "SUCCESS" ONLY COMES BEFORE "WORK" IN
THE DICTIONARY! YOU MUST KEEP RUNNING TO BE
SUCCESSFUL IN TRACK!!!
