Welcome to Westview's registration for continuing students (students currently enrolled in PUSD). All students must register for the coming year. All registration forms are online. If you are unable to access a computer/printer to download the registration forms, the Wolverine Center will be open on Friday, August 7 and Monday, August 10 from 7:30am–2:30pm.

Changes for 2009-2010 Registration
There will be no registration packet pick-ups this year. Registration forms are available online only.
Students New to PUSD
If your student will start school at Westview this August and IS NOT currently a PUSD student:

Return the forms and required documentation to the District Office or the administration office at Westview beginning August 5, 2009 |

When you have completed the enrollment process, you will be given an appointment time to meet with a counselor to select classes |

After enrolling, you should complete registration so you will have your ID and paperwork submitted |

Station 1 |
Return your completed and signed registration forms and receive class schedules. |
|
Station 2 |
Join our PTSA and Foundation. Buy Grad Nite tickets and sign up to volunteer. Buy spirit clothing. |

Station 3 |
Have
your picture taken for your school ID (including seniors) -
optional packages available. Westview’s
dress code must be adhered to for pictures to
be taken.
Please note that ID cards must be carried
by students at all times during the school year.
Picture make-up days will be August 26 and September 23. |

Station 4 |
August 13 only - Vision and hearing screening for 10th graders. If your student wears contact lenses or glasses, be sure they bring or wear them. |

Station 5 |
Clear financial obligations at the Finance Office. Download and complete the Finance Payment Form before paying library fines or making school purchases (yearbook, ASB sticker, ENS clothing). |

Station 6 |
Check out textbooks and clear library fines. |
|
Station 7 |
August 11 & 12 only – Parking Permits (11th & 12th grade only); lunch passes (12th grade only). |
|
Station 8 |
Miscellaneous - PE clothes and locks. |
First Day of School
The first day of school is
Thursday, August 20, 2009.
All 9th graders and new students should report to the gym at
8:05am for orientation.
All returning 10th, 11th, and 12th
graders report to your homeroom at 10:35am.
